Module One
We take some time to define all the things you want for yourself, as well as for the people nearest and dearest to you.
We explore your core values and current beliefs so we can better understand the type of work and roles that will keep you happy and inspired to turn up your best in your business and in your life generally.
These are the foundations for your business plan because you're at the foundation of your business.
Module Two
Developing more clarity around the people you would like to serve in your business and understanding your ideal customers.
We also look at the people that will support you within and around your business - this support system will be integral in your success, even if you're a solo-operator.
Module Three
In this module, we dive a bit deeper into what specific problems your business helps to solve for your ideal customers, so that we can develop an offer, or refine an existing one.
We work on developing a great offer that solves a genuine problem for your ideal customers so that you can expand your impact and have people lining up to work with you!
I want you to be putting something out into the world that you're proud to put your name behind.
Module Four
Mapping out the flow of how your business operates, the steps required to create your product or offer and the customer experience from beginning to end.
This is really helpful when developing your systems and automations, but also when developing training or manuals for people who might be supporting you in your business.
When you do this well, this is a game-changer.
Module Five
We look at strategies for how you can connect your offer or service to the people who need it most.
There are lots of options for you here, but the most important thing is for us to find a strategy that feels authentic to you and will allow you to achieve the results you want.
Your ability to be consistent and kick major goals with your promotions will have a huge impact on your success. This is a major part of your regular operations, so it needs to be a strategy that you feel great about and not something that leaves you wanting to run and hide!
Module Six
This is where we run the numbers to make sure you've got a viable business strategy and we're not just running an expensive hobby!
If need be, we make tweaks to your audience or offer until we find a profitable model.
We also look at how you will be measuring your success and developing metrics of performance that actually matter and are connected to your values, objectives and purpose.

Your coaching calls with me usually run for about an hour and these are every fortnight (6 in total).
In addition to this, I would suggest an hour or two each week for the homework, depending on how established your business already is and the complexity of your offering or structure.

That is totally ok. We can discuss this as part of our exploration process so that you test some ideas and run the numbers on your preferred option. With the process I teach, you can repeat this process as many times as you like for different business ideas to find the one that is right for you.
Life happens and plans sometimes need to be flexible. Just get in touch with me at least 48hrs ahead of your scheduled call and we can re-schedule your session to another time that suits us both.
However, for your program to be effective, we need to keep the momentum going and keep the ideas fresh. For this reason, we ask that all 6 of your coaching calls are completed within 3 months of your starting date.
This is part of me holding you accountable to the commitment you're making to our work together.
